The Dual Diplomas of Business and Leadership & Management are the ultimate in business focussed qualifications. You’ll learn how to manage a business and a team of staff in depth and across a range of fields. With your acquired skills and knowledge, you’ll confidently create systems and processes, control operations, and delegate responsibilities to others to implement.
There are no prerequisites to study the Dual Diplomas so it is possible to start the courses with limited experience, but it is advisable to have some working experience and even some experience in leading a team and/or managing a section of a business. By completing these qualifications, you’ll earn massive respect and recognition. You’ll become the go-to person when decisions need to be made.
You’ll build confidence in yourself. Our Mentors will be with you all the way through the courses, giving you feedback, steering you towards the right answers, and building you up. There is no pass or fail in the courses, and we stay with you until you can demonstrate the competence to act in a managerial role.
Many students do this course for the recognition. You’ll naturally get credit for what you do in this course. Upon completing the Dual Diplomas of Business and Leadership & Management, you can continue your studies through to a bachelor’s degree. The credits you earn in this course can mean it will be quicker and cheaper to complete higher qualifications. Some Universities will give automatic entry to those who have completed these Diplomas.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE?
There is no start time and no scheduled classes to attend. So, you have the flexibility to get going when you’re ready and to study when you’re able.
The average dedicated student should expect to do 1 unit every 4 weeks. In the Dual Diplomas of Business and Leadership & Management, there is a minimum of 12 units to complete. So, you should expect around 12 months to complete. It’s OK to take longer, but there is a maximum time frame of 24 months.
There is no minimum time period, meaning if you have the time to apply yourself, you can complete this course as fast as want.
What you will study
In a Dual Diploma of Business & Leadership and Management, you’ll apply knowledge, practical skills, and experience in business, leadership, and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
You must study 12 units to obtain your Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) and Diploma of Business (BSB50120). After completing all 12 units, you will have achieved both Diplomas.
