Gain core office skills or customer service skills free of charge. If you live in NSW and are aged between 16-24 then you are eligible for our FREE online business courses that are fully funded through the NSW Government 'Summer Skills" program.

Edmund Barton College and the NSW Government have partnered through the Summer Skills program to offer a range of business-focused short courses to get you the skills and confidence to help you get that competitive edge when it comes to getting that next job.
For a limited time, the government is paying for you to complete a part-qualification in business courses. Check your options below.
Places are limited to 20 students per course.
Select your course (or courses!) and check your eligibility by clicking on the click on ‘Check Your Eligibility' to see if you are entitled to a free part-qualification course.
Not only are the courses all free, but they are also all nationally accredited as Nationally Recognised Training and are recognised and respected by employers. When you complete you will be issued a Statement of Attainment to show that you have successfully completed your course.

1. To register, select your course from the options above. Pick one that matches your skills and interests and your desired start dates (you can enrol in more than one course if you are interested!)
2. Click on the Enrol Now/Reserve my place button on your chosen course page.
3. Answer the eligibility questions for an instant eligibility answer.
4a. If the course is open for enrolments you will be taken to our online enrolment application form to complete the questions. This should take around 5-10 minutes. Make sure you have your ID handy as well!
4b. If the course is not yet open for enrolments you can reserve your place on the course and then when enrolments open, we will send you a link to the enrolment form to complete your enrolment.
Congratulations! You will have successfully enrolled in your free online course. If we need any more information from you, we will be in touch. If not, then you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours with login information for you to start your training!
