What Happens Next?
We’ll take a few business days to check your enrolment and to get you all set up. Once we’ve done that, we’ll send you a few confirmation emails with links to get you started in your course.
Please keep an eye on your email as we will send you through a link and details on how to access your course very soon. (maybe check your spam or junk folder, too?)

Meet Your Mentor
We’ll let one of our Mentors know that you have enrolled, and they will contact you with a welcome email to introduce you to the course.
A Mentor is someone who is a guide, a teacher, an advisor and a supporter. They are experienced and qualified in their respective fields. They’ll join you at the start of your course and will be with you until completion. You’ll develop a personal connection with your Mentor as you submit your work to them and they’ll give you constructive, relevant feedback on every assessment you submit.
You can also speak to your Mentor about anything that you think may be holding you back. Their goal is to help you get through the course and to help you to reach your potential.
Your Mentor will be your first contact for anything to do with learning and assessments in your course. They’ll keep an eye on your progress, and they’ll get in touch if they haven’t heard from you for a while.
Now It's over to you
And this is where the fun starts, as soon as you receive the course links, you can get going whenever you want - the sooner the better!
You can complete the programme in your own time whether you want to whizz through and complete as fast as possible or spread it out and fit it in with other commitments. Whatever you decide or suits you, we can help support you every step of the way.
There are little quizzes every step of the way to help your confidence with your learning and to check how you are going and then when you are ready, you can tackle your assessments. There is no pass and fail, we just support you to become competent in each unit from your evidence you have submitted to us - we will stay with you – and your Mentor will continue to help you – until you are ‘competent’.
