Course Details

Whether you want to get that job in the public or private sector, this Skillset will help you prove your skills in working in any office environment and give you the skills and knowledge required to work behind the scenes in supporting and managing customers.

We’re pretty sure you’ll also get a lot of confidence to prepare you for work. You can learn how to do customer service stuff, try a few things, get some feedback from our Mentors, and then become really good at this. You can slap your resume - complete with your new Statement of Attainment - onto the desk of the job interviewer knowing you’ve got what they want!

Yes, 100% free! Edmund Barton College has partnered with the NSW government to provide fee-free Job trainer courses. If you are eligible, then you can enrol online, study and complete your course and not pay a cent.

All of our courses will take a different amount of time but we recommend allowing around 6 hours per unit. 

When you complete a course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment which you will be able to show to any employer to verify your skills. 

Absolutely. You are welcome to complete as many courses as you wish. We recommend that you wait until you have completed each course before starting a new one but if you are enjoying what you are doing, and want to learn more, there is nothing stopping you from completing all the courses!
